Most of the day is spent in the office working in front of computer, on the hotel we sit and have food. A new study has revealed most of the day we spend sitting in the 24 hour 14 hours is spent in sitting.
The report of sitting for a day for 14 hours appeared in a magazine in London recently. The study said an adult usually spends 14 hours and 39 minutes sitting everyday according to the study. The daily routine goes by computing from one place to another, office work, relaxing, watching television. Most of the people around the world have the same kind of routine more or less or the same. People usually barely spend some time on their feet only when their doctors prescribe.
People take up walking or standing only when there is a push or a need from some other side. The research was done by a dietitian whose name is Zoe Hellman who found the period people sit. The report was been published in some British newspaper about the routine of people. Sitting hour an hour a day is really healthy but sitting for a long time is not good for the health. People find it difficult to exercise but we have to find time to introduce exercise in our busy lifestyles.
