We all want a slim looking figure. We would have decided to go on diet and exercise quite many number of times. But the urge to follow on the diet slowly dies and we continue to eat as per our wish. It is not easily possible to sacrifice our much liked food for putting down our weight.

There are lot of advertisement we hear about weight losing programs. Many programs seems very promising but have a very strict diet plan. We may adhere to the plan only for a little while and then feel very frustrated and come back to our normal way of eating back again, and our weight losing effort goes for a toss.

Instead of following diet regime that leave us dissatisfied, it will have long lasting results if we follow our diet plan wherein we can eat all we want but make sure we replace ingredients with high cholesterol and fat with that with low fat. Instead of full fat milk, there are skimmed milk, diet curd, lean meat etc, grilled chicken etc. which we can use and cook with cream with low fat than mayonnaise and other fat rich creams.
