Many consider martial arts as one of the section under sports category. In actual, it is not so. It is an art originally designed to defend. It is an art form which requires rigorous training before one becomes an expert in the same.
Getting trained in martial arts is definitely not a child’s play. It requires good amount of discipline, concentration, hard work and dedication. One also should maintain good physical health to practice the martial arts. There are world class trainers who train students in these martial arts. There are also camps being conducted on martial arts.
There are various equipment used in martial arts to attack and defend the opponent. When practicing martial arts, if the practitioner is a beginner, it is advisable to wear appropriate safety gears while practicing. For example, when one uses ninja, an equipment to attack the opponent, it is always better to use ninja costume to protect from getting hurt. Children , especially, should be well prepared with all necessary safety measures before they practice these form of arts. Parents should ensure that the practice happens under adult , specifically under trained adult supervision. Children should also be taught to take first aid measure in the event of any unfortunate happenings.
